I have been going to collingwood crossing for the better part of 20 years but it's just in the last few that service has gotten exceedingly bad. It's supposed to be a walk in clinic but when I went in on a weekend (sunday) twice within 3 weeks I was turned away completely (The waiting room was empty save for two people). Apparently the only way to get in now is to make an appointment but even when an appointment is mad you're sitting there waiting for upwards of 2 hours or more! As well I find it literally impossible to see MY Dr. Due to the fact that he always seems to be on holiday. I definitely do NOT recommend going to this particular clinic!!-
