Taking pride in our authentic southern style BBQ, we slow smoke our ribs and brisket the traditional way. Ricks' ribs are fall off the bone, mouthwatering good! All of our meat is locally sourced, so everything is fresh as can be. When it comes to Burgers our specialty combinations of toppings are second to none. If you can come up with a Burger combo that is not on the menu, let us know. We are always looking to add new items and combos to our ever expanding menu.

Ricks' custom stone oven was built to make sure you get the ultimate in authentic pizza flavour. Stone ovens allow even, extremely high temperatures that allow us to get you your pizza fresh, hot, and at your table in minutes. Try our chefs suggestions of toppings or build your own masterpiece.

We love micro brewed craft beer, and we make sure that there is always something different on tap at Ricks. Come and sample the best craft brews in the region. 

Parties and Company Functions
Ricks Bistro is a great place to hold your next function, we will make sure that it will be an event all your guests will remember. Your guests are our guests, and they will never leave Hungry! We can accommodate parties of up to 60 people.
