When I placed my order on November 2nd, my order confirmation stated delivery to be 3-5 days. Nowhere did it say 3-5 business days, but I'm not stupid...so I made the assumption. The fudge sat somewhere on Canada Post property for several days without moving. I contacted the owner and she stated according to Canada Post it would be delivered by November 15, 2017. Hello, that is way over 3-5 business days. I explained that I ordered it to take it on a trip with me that I was leaving on November 15th at 6 am. She stated it should arrive before that day, and if not, she would provide a refund. Well, I left on November 15th at 6 am and the fudge apparently went out for delivery that day so it is apparently sitting in my mailbox until I arrive back in the country in 8 days. She wants me to pay to send it back and will not refund until she receives the product (which will be expired by that time). Worst customer service I have ever received. Instead of providing a refund and making me pay to return a product that was not delivered as promised in 3-5 days, I have to pay an additional fee to return it. Really? I will make sure everyone knows what poor customer service she provided. She could have easily provided a refund and stated "enjoy the fudge when you get back" and she most likely would have had a repeat customer and many referrals....but instead she has an angry customer.
