By Doug from CalgaryVery poor customer serviceBrought in our cappuccio machine for service as it was not maintaining boiler pressure . Paid $500 For the service and got the machine home only to discover the problem had not been fixed after them having it for 3 weeks. Brought the machine back and two weeks later got it home - again only to discover it hadn't been fixed. Brought it back for a third time and a week later was billed an addional $200 - when i inquired as to why i was being billed extra they told me the first amount was to repair other things -even though they had just been replaced 6 months earlier. So $700 and 2 months without a machine later i find myself writing a negative review on line in an effort to save someone else from having a similar experience with mr cappuccino in calgary - go elsewhere for your coffee and cappucino needs. The departing words from the owner were that $700 Is not bad when you consider a new machine is a couple thousand! That in a nutshell tells you how they run things thereNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
