By Ash from CalgaryWorst experience ever with a property management companyWell to start they seem professional on the getting you in the property but later on if something is not working or boiler is not working they will send you their maintenance crew after 3-5 days . meanwhile you have to take shower with cold water , it is not their problem . our washing machine and dishwasher was not working properly and they didn't clean at all they replaced it after 3 months of follow up and complaining . And the reason for them to replace was because I said I am moving out and I will not pay the rent and I will file a case with the Dispute resolution between tenants and landlords. At last and the worst experience when you intend to move out they will add things or defect which was already there on you and they will do their best to take all of your security deposit as much as possible. the reason is that they send their people to do the work which cost them nothing which they will charge you with the full amount to take as much as possible from the security deposit.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
