By Previous Renter from Prince AlbertTerrible PlaceThe apartment was filthy when I moved in in 2013, but it was so close to work I took it - thankfully my mother was in town for my move and while I was at work she cleaned (disinfected) the cupboards as we could not unpack ANY clean dishes or silverware. The previous tenants had fed the pigeons and the balcony was COVERED with feces all summer – I of course didn’t use it – I don’t own a pressure washer!! I’ve moved out and they kept my damage and claim I owe them ??? HA – It was left immaculate compared to what I moved into – and I don’t feed pigeons! I wouldn’t suggest moving in here to anyone!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
