Newdon Industries Ltd. are moulders and fabricators of expandable polystyrene (often referred to as “Styrofoam”). We provide insulated foam boxes to the food processing industry and also design and produce prototypes for custom packaging.

Newdon Industries Ltd. designs and manufactures custom foam products for packaging and as components in a wide variety of appliances. Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) is a cost-effective and labour saving method of packaging that is used to pack a vast range of products. EPS is often confused with the blue construction material called Styrofoam. Polystyrene is available in densities that range anywhere from 0.7lb to 2lb for packaging projects and can be moulded to 5lb. when used as a component in helmets. Part of the design stage is selecting the ideal density required for the application. Our fabrication department manufactures anything from intricate packs to simple foam pads. We also build and design our own tooling for shape moulding. Our ability to mould, wirecut and fabricate means that our clients always receive the most economical method of protecting their products.
