By Disappointed Customer from CalgaryBad ServiceSeveral years ago I bought a metal detector for a Christmas present from Butler..It did not come with a box or instructions even though they said they would find the items before Christmas(could not find either)and the detector was used as it had scrape marks on the bottom of it.The worst part was the customer service when I complained...as there was a No return policy. I go out of my way to tell potential customers not to buy there..Highly disappointed..No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
