I do not like the way they treat their franchises and no, I've never owned nor worked at one, but I know both former owners and employees. My other ongoing complaint is looking for items that are in the sale flyer but don't seem to be shipped to the store. This week Schweppes soda is on sale. We have tried to purchase some three days in a row but there is none on the shelves. I did purchase Chef Destinations frozen skinless boneless chicken breasts but I will NOT do it again as I will have to defrost the entire box if I want to use only one, which totally defeats the purpose of buying in bulk. They should be individually quick frozen. Mostly I find your products very expensive and I only buy them if they are on sale.-
