Budlar Flexible Products is your one call source for all your custom fabricated product, compound or standard rubber extrusion needs. We have specialized in standard and custom extruded rubber profiles for over 35 years. We have a vast cord stock of products with sizes ranging from .039 inches through to 2.00 inches in cross-section. Large volume as well as small cost-effective orders can be produced in a relatively short time. Most orders of custom o-rings or cords can be shipped the same day the order is placed.

At Budlar Flexible Products, we specialize in fabricating special sized o-rings. With extensive experience in extruding standard or custom rubber, we are able to meet our clients’ unique product specification demands in the transportation, architectural, automotive and industrial markets. We have the ability to “hot splice” all of our profiles into custom created seals and o-rings. Using an innovative hot vulcanizing process, we are able to create strong but flexible joints. We stock a large variety and volume of o-ring cords ranging from 30 durometer up to 90 durometer.

The advantages of our manufacturing capacities are that we can make virtually any rubber extrusion, our gaskets are made to client’s specifications, quantity is never an issue, and tooling costs are minimal (if required).
