    This company is a JOKE, in my opinion. First, they wouldn't even convert a basic recipe of 9 ingredients from cups to grams (Oh, we work in grams!) , I had to do it myself! When it turned out to be wrong TWICE, after sending me samples, I told them to do the conversion FOR ME, (because that's why you PAY a company, right? To DO the work?) The salesman I dealt with, Clarence, was COMPLETELY incompetent, in my opinion. Half the time he wouldn't even ANSWER e-mails. I was told I'd be put in touch with the "engineers" MAKING the sample. Never happened. The cherry on top was when these geniuses sent me an invoice for $0.0....and spent $.77 to mail it to me. If that isn't the EPITOME of brutal management, I don't know what is! After failing to send me a viable sample TWICE, they never contacted me again; I suspect out of sheer embarrassment. In the end I chucked a rock and found another company to mix spices for me...it took them four days. And they could actually WEIGH cups of ingredients and convert them to grams (who can't???!) I would steer WAY clear of First Spice. They care nothing about customer service, in my opinion. I wouldn't get them to mix food for my dog...it appears to be too complex for them! All in all, a complete waste of time to even consider this company.
