Complete Performance Centre Inc. (CPC) is Durham’s leading rehabilitation, fitness, & sports performance centre. Complete Performance Centre Inc. (CPC) is privately owned and operated. We offer a hands-on approach with a high degree of personal service from experienced health practitioners, coaches, & trainers who are committed to helping our clients reach their full potential. No Matter what your fitness level or level of athletic ability, CPC offers a multitude of options for everyone, including an extensive range of group exercise classes, fitness programs, & sports performance programs to suit your individual needs. We are fully equipped with state-of-the-art strength training equipment, cardiovascular machines and athletic training equipment. Additional services such as personal training, fitness assessments, speed and agility classes, team training, sport specific training programs, group fitness, spinning classes, Yoga and Pilates are also available. CPC is also home to “Complete Rehab”, formally known as “Dynamic Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy” which offers full sports medicine & rehabilitation services including physiotherapy, chiropractic, athletic therapy and massage therapy.
