Now they are sliding down a slippery slope of cutting corners on design, testing and validation; have poor QA control; lack strong leadership and have a poor road map for future product and designs. This all stems from the management style of their corporate owners, WABTEC, who refuse to trust management with funds needed to create resources that are desperately needed. Modern designs for modern times need modern tools and in today's world of quick product turnaround if you design anything mechanical a 3d printer on site is a necessity. Failure to have this basic tool of design only indicates a failure to recognize their problems. A once industry leading corporation is now floundering behind the rest.-
