    New counter top induction oven
I like the oven BUT 1) If you phone for technical help in how to use it, they don't really have a clue. 2) The cook book that comes with it is so limited as to be quite useless. It doesn't concentrate on day to day items Most people aren't fancy cooks.

I've been using camcorders for over 8 yeara now on a daily basis. For the last 8 years I've purchased more than 50 camcorder pieces for myself and my employees & today when I'm faced with one faulty camcorder pieces which I purchased less than 4 months ago, I have no one to speak with. The 905 Mississauga customer service # is never answered even though the website says it holds over 600 employees. No voicemail service, can't leave a message. No help from the technical support after waiting on the phone for over 1.5 hours. Still not sure who to contact or how to contact Panasonic. Not sure if I am ever going to go with Panasonic again. Very disappointed.

TERRIBLE...my bluray player cannot read bluray discs. After finally having the U.S. corp. put me in contact with the canadian corp. l was sent a disc to upgrade the fitmware. Seems that disc is incompatable also. You would think that in this age of technology an electronics giant would know how to make a bluray player that plays bluray discs

    Horrible experience
This is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever dealt with. Even when receiving help from the BBB, Panasonic Head Office Personel refused to simply call back for open communication never mind trying to resolve other issues. There is no room for leaving a message either
