    Very poor customer skills. Very poor display of stock. This is the second time this store has brought out the worst in me. Sat Aug 27 2016, 3:50 I went to sporting goods and asked a clerk for help. After 5 minutes a clerk comes. I ask, what caliber is that rifle? Reply: Can I see your PAL and I'll get my manger. I go out to my car and bring back my PAL and show him. He retrieves his maneger. It is about 4:15. She asks for my PAL. I state, I've already shown him is he incompetent. She begins to lecture me about calling him incompetent. I explain I'm not calling him incompetent. He followed store policy and already asked. She opens the gun case and continues to lecture me. I explain that she is wasting my time and leave. 1. I never asked for the gun cabinet to be opened. I asked what was the caliber of the rifle? 2. The clerk should have been able to tell me the caliber with out me having to walk to my car for my PAL. The guns are visible through glass for customers to view. The sku was visible. Can the clerk not answer a simple question by checking the sku number? Better yet can the Maneger of the department not ensure that the gun caliber is visible? Shame on you Canadian Tire for not training your staff and managers to be competent. Competent to listen to what the customer is asking. A firearms purchase and aquisition licence (PAL) should not be required to answer a simple question which, should not have even had to have been asked if you displayed your firearms competently. I still don't know what caliber the rifle was. I'm not angry, just dissapointed.

    I called to find out the price for winter tires to be installed. They left me in hold for 16 minutes. I called back to speak with manager cause I was going to see if he knew the price. Lady that answered the phone very rude and told me I have to have patience cause other customers. I said you dont leave a customer on hold that long regardless and she is not the manager so I dont want to talk with her. I asked for the managaer again. She placed my call on hold bfut didnt page anybody because I heard her Laughing before she plced the phone down. This happened literally 3 minutes ago. I will drive to the other aide of the city. This location is horrible.

    Never gonna go there again. Customer service suxs bad.i got told to take my buisness ealse where if im not happy.u stand forever in line bc they to buissy talking to co workers.i was lied too.trust me i take my buisness ealse where.never again

    I found a few of the front staff to be rude and got an instant headache when I went into the automotive centre with an appointment for a simple repair. It is surprising that they seem to stay busy with such poor customer service. I don't think that I will be returning to this location even though it is close to where I live.
