    Our townhome complex is only 2.5 years old and any unit with a half moon window has cracked. Mason will not warranty any of them. A good company would recognize that this is not coincedantal and replace to save face. These guys won't. Stay away unless a 2.5 year lifespan is acceptable to you.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
    I built my home in 2004 and needed several replacement parts by 2007. You can only communicate with them Via Fax. I sent my request and no response. 3 months later I sent it again with no response. In 2009 I finally got a price after my 3rd attempt. I sent a check so they could process the order. Check was received via Fed Ex confirmation, but never cashed and no response back to why. In 2011 after trying further to replace these parts in the Detroit area I had no luck. I made 2 more attempts totaling 5 and still no reply. As for the product itself, I totally regret using their windows and doors. My house is nearly 8 years since it was complete and I am already considering replacing everything. 1 star is 1 to many for these guys. They have no business being in business, when they have no concern for their customers. I spent over $ 18,000 on my house with their products, Its not like I bought 1 window and they said the hell with him, his purchase wasn't big enough.

    Mason Windows.......this is the second time I tried to connect with Mason, Re phone or email. The first time they told me if the window is more than 1 year old they are not interested and would not help so I had the window replaced locally with great satisfaction. Now I need a new crank and hardware, again too bad. With all the local window companies, I certainly would not use Mason for replacement
