    Poor customer service Langley BC store. Went to store morning after delivery of recliner. Problems. Was told my sales rep would get back to me next day. Two days later emailed rep and Manager. A week later have had no response ?. The chair is not comfortable and seems to have mechanical problems. They seem to like selling but not customer satisfaction. I wouldn't even give them ONE star.

    Customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! Spent over $9000 on furniture which came defective and despite many calls AND a service plan there has been NO reponse. We were going to purchase more and bring a friend who needs a lot of furniture but won't subject ANYONE to the disgraceful no-service we have received.

    I had placed an order for numerous items, including a standing chair and sofa on November 29 2014. It is March 31 2015, and we have still not received the chair or sofa. After numerous calls to the store - they still have not been able to give me a delivery date. To say I have lost patience - is a mild understatement !! Sales order #158020.

    I ordered a recliner on November 2, 2014. Delivery date by end of December. I have called and gone into the store several times. It is now mid January and the salesperson Marion Love is not able to tell me where the chair is or when it will arrive. She said she has involved her manager who is also not able to give her an answer either. Never in my life have I had such poor customer service. I find it hard to believe they cannot find out where and when my chair will arrive. My bill # is 331466. Maybe you could help me out, I would really appreciate it.
